Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers in the F&B and Wellness sectors to identify staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Facilitate the interview process, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and new recruitment strategies.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, industry contacts, and professional groups.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on the Food & Beverage and Wellness sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a plus.
