The Sales Operation and VES Manager will support our sales team by enabling and supporting the sales organization in achieving its revenue goals and objectives through the design, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, systems. The successful candidate will be proficient in using Salesforce and other order management tools, with excellent customer service and communication skills.

This position is part of the Hach MEA team located in Dubai UAE and will be on-site

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting activities and provide accurate pipeline and revenue projections to support business planning.
  • Analyze data and processes to improve KPIs: Quality, OTD, Productivity/Efficiency, and Engagement
  • Assist in the development of action plans to drive measurable improvement in KPIs; track progress via daily management and deploy problem-solving where required
  • Lead and/or provide recommendations for the identification and selection of improvement projects, including insights to support strategic planning and policy deployment
  • Responsible for the daily implementation of DBS processes and tools including daily management, action plans, growth rooms, and problem-solving
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, forecasts (booking, shipment data, etc.) and analyses to support data-driven decision making. Handle routine sales and operational tasks, such as authorization filings & approvals, and factory demand forecasting to support production planning preparations.
  • Support the launch of new processes, initiatives, and campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes, leveraging data and feedback from sales teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Process Driven and displaying Continuous improvement Mindset to become our Veralto Enterprise System champion for MEA region, ensure the team is up to date on VES knowledge, in collaboration with EMEA VES team, develop and execute a Kaizen funnel for the region.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Languages: English proficiency a must. Knowledge of the French and Arabic languages is advantageous
