Job Summary

The Telesales Agent will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Document interactions with customers and update the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales processes.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
