Overview Of Position

As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for primarily selling sponsorships around the various assets we represent and growing revenue year-on-year. This will include lead generation, relationship building, direct selling, and renewal of the same account for future events.

Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

  • Generate leads for sponsorship sales across golf, football, tennis, and venue-related opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Partnership Senior Sales Director and other team members to organize, facilitate, and follow up on sales leads and meetings.
  • Participate in deal negotiations, assist in the development of sponsorship packages, and manage the contracting process to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with the operation team and client servicing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of rights and activation during events.
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing sponsors to generate new leads and renew deals, ensuring long-term business growth.
  • Achieve management’s set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving consistent performance.
  • Use CRM software to manage and update all aspects of the sales process, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Lead the sales efforts for Sportive’s assets, including sponsorship and commercial opportunities across the Middle East region.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and selling Sportive's assets to brands, sponsors, and media partners.
