Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and results-driven Area Manager to oversee logistics operations across several hubs in the Giza area. This role involves coordinating hub activities, managing teams, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Hub Operations:
    • Oversee daily activities across hubs to ensure efficient logistics operations.
    • Work with hub managers to achieve smooth workflows and meet performance goals.
  • Lead and Support Teams:
    • Guide and support hub managers and staff, providing clear direction and feedback.
    • Ensure teams follow safety standards and company policies.
  • Monitor Performance:
    • Track hub performance, including delivery times and customer satisfaction.
    • Generate regular reports and recommend ways to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
    • Resolve customer issues and ensure high service quality across all hubs.
    • Develop initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and communication abilities.
