Time Management Associate

POSITION SNAPSHOT

Location: NBS Cairo, Egypt

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource

Good English is a must – French speaker will be a plus

Position Summary

You will optimize effectiveness of consumer/shopper activity at a local level and actively participate and support the customer development process.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Ensures all employees having regular punches and accurate Timecards
  • Create and edit new Schedule, Shift Templates, Patterns, and Groups.
  • Access the Timecard and perform transaction maintenance (adding missed punches, transfers etc).
  • Run Interface monthly form Kronos to SAP for all sites (MENA&PK) – CAT6 Run
  • Communicate with the LGO's and Global Support team in case of any change of configuration or testing needed
  • Participate in Testing for new systems
  • Responsible for calculating the new yearly quota of all employees.
  • Proceeding with the Absence webform requests received by the market as per the agreed policies
  • Calculate & Maintain employees’ overtime, and time data on SAP
  • Prepare the Monthly Standard Reports & nonstandard reports

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Minimum 0~1 years of experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Can apply the Proactive Cooperation mindset on his/her daily tasks
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • French language will be a plus
