Overview of the role:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the Cairo Festival City Mall brand and communications. The role includes marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for the mall property throughout the year. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the mall customer experience through various goals and objectives.

What you will do:

  • Manage the relationship with all creative agencies and ensure briefs are in line with the brand manifesto.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are implemented on all touchpoints.
  • Oversees all content and imagery with creative agency.
  • Process management for website completion and delivery together with Digital Manager.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies.
  • Develop and maintain media and tourism strategy together with comm & PR Manager.
  • Execute all mall campaigns and promotions.
  • Setting campaign KPIs, ensuring results meet objectives and justifies budget allocation.
  • Follow up on marketing financial statements together with finance to ensure outstanding elements are addressed.
  • Work with the Communication Manager on annual budgets related to brand, communications, and PR while simultaneously managing monthly spending.
  • Prepare business case proposals together with the senior marketing manager.
  • Ensuring all documentation is carried out across the team in line with processes set by Procurement, Finance, and Audit.
  • Conduct research to identify customer insights, media best practices, spend analysis, and market trends together with partners and relevant media and PR agencies.

Required Skills to be successful:

Diploma in Marketing with 5-7 years in a well-established company, Mall or Retail background

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Good knowledge of local marketing in terms of trends/events/festivals/suppliers and agencies
