Repton School Al Barsha has a vacancy for a Receptionist for an immediate start. Please note that we can only consider candidate's with their own / dependent's sponsorship.


The Receptionist acts as the first point of contact with staff and parents and is the face of the school. The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the Admissions department, as well as the school, run smoothly.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome on-site visitors in a professional and friendly manner following safety and security protocols
  • Manage email accounts ensuring correspondence is actioned within the required timeframes
  • Receive incoming telephone calls
  • Respond to questions with accurate information
  • Maintain notice boards and interactive screens daily
  • Liaise with Bus Guardians to ensure safe arrival and departure of students and tracking attendance
  • Act as an Evacuation Coordinator as per the Emergency Evacuation protocol

Repton School Al Barsha is currently a Prep School catering from Nursery (FS1) to Year 10 and will be growing year on year to Year 13.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills


This is a term-time only position with hours of 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am - 12noon Friday
