- Personal Assistant with a knack for balancing both business and personal life of the CEO.
- We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to support our dynamic lifestyle in Dubai.
- Calendar Management / Managing daily schedules: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing time effectively.
- Handle children’s schedules and needs when necessary.
- Email Management: Organizing and responding to emails, prioritizing important messages.
- Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Assisting with planning, tracking, and reporting on projects.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role-(Pre-Screening Answers is a Must)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in technology and various software applications
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented
