Now we are looking for a Tech Director for a FTE position in Dubai, UAE to join our team at Globant!

The Technology Director role is critical to the overall success of our Studio growth strategy, responsible for the deal solutioning and execution of projects within their assigned territory. The Technical Director has a mix of Business, Commercial & Technology expertise, that consults with clients to understand their business challenges in online commerce, and guides them to possible solutions that we can implement to solve the problem statement, and then ultimately driving the delivery of the solution post sale. The Technology Director is part of what is known as the Client POD, working closely with the Delivery Director (operations) and Client Partner (sales). Because of the nature of its responsibilities, the position requires strong interaction with clients and stakeholders, bringing business facing capabilities and overall account farming/hunting important for the role. The Technology Director leads and builds a team of Technology Manager’s to support the clients and prospects in their portfolio, creating a high performance team with a culture founded on the Globant values.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting / Pre Sales is desirable OR Delivery Management
  • Background experience in Consulting firms, or Media & Entertainment background
  • Data, Cyber and Cloud experience is a plus
  • Staffing Strategy, Delivery Management, People Management, Leadership client Management Farming, Presales
  • Project Management, Consulting, or Technical qualifications are advantageous
