The Events Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of end-to-end event planning, from venue selection and logistics to budget management and onsite coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality events that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events from start to finish.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Manage event budgets and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts and themes.
  • Oversee event registration processes and provide onsite support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in successful event planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to commute to Sharjah and as required to Dubai.
  • UAE driving licence and car
