About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to provide support in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, scheduling, and handling various personal and professional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Schedules: Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle Communication: Assist with emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate Travel: Arrange travel plans, including transportation and accommodations.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: File documents, maintain records, and handle various office tasks.
- Assist with Personal Tasks: Support with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Organize Events: Plan and manage events and meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
- Conduct Research: Perform research and prepare reports or summaries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency in standard office software and equipment.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Languages: Arabic speaker or proficiency in any other additional foreign language is advantageous
