Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO with top-level administrative assistance and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle communications, prepare meeting agendas, and track project progress
- Assist with event planning, customer relations, and reporting
- Ensure confidentiality, manage sensitive info, and support CEO in special projects
- Liaise with teams to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow
Qualification
- 7-10 years of PA experience (C-suite support preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & project management tools
- Willingness to travel
