Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
- Greets customers and visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel.
- Operates a multiple position switchboard and routes calls to the appropriate person or location.
- Performs routine clerical functions such as typing, filing, sorting and mail distribution.
- Operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, postage meter, etc.
- Perform special project duties as assigned.
- Bilingual receptionist
Qualifications
About You
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years experince in the same field
- Professional english and Arabic writtten and spoken
- Computer skills ( microsoft office - internet searching , etc)
