About The Job Financial Controller

  • Responsible for reviewing, planning, and supervising the work of subordinate accountants and other clerical personnel.
  • Responsible for independent performance of professional accounting and administrative tasks required and maintaining the centralized revenue and expenditure accounts of the department.
  • Prepare financial statements and related notes.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and various related statements that reflect the department's financial condition.
  • Assist in the formulation of the department's budget in compliance with applicable budget policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor expenditures to assure that the department strict to the budget.
  • Perform cash management function by reconciling cash and liabilities.
  • Supervise all tasks related to financial department and coordinates the completion of periodic financial statements and record keeping.
  • Maintain records of contracts; make estimates of work and material costs.
  • Advise on accounting problems and assist subordinate employees with work.
  • Assist in the formulation of work measures to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
  • Ensure that records for internal and external audits are prepared in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare various financial reports and studies.
  • Organize daily work between financial team makers.
  • Responsible for Following up on different site's daily work through supervisor over site accountants.
  • Supervise the proper payment of company taxes.
  • Responsible for all reports required by the holding company.
  • Review all input data in the Hyperion system
  • Preparing financial studies for ongoing projects or any projects in the pipeline
  • Reviewing and following up on the implementation of newly adopted accounting standards and laws
  • Reviewing and following up on the cash flows and cash management of the group entities.

job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CMA, or any relevant certifications is a must
  • More than 10 years of experience
