Responsibilities:


Managing the manager's personal tasks and errands, such as scheduling personal appointments, organizing personal travel arrangements, managing household matters, and handling personal correspondence.

Responsible for managing the manager's lifestyle and ensuring that their personal needs are met. this may include coordinating personal fitness routines, meal planning, arranging personal shopping, and coordinating personal social engagements.

Assist the manager in managing their health and wellness by coordinating medical appointments, wellness activities, and ensuring adherence to any necessary health routines or treatments.

Provide support to the manager's family members, including organizing family events, coordinating children's activities, and managing household staff.

Responsible for arranging both business and personal travel for the manager and their family. this includes booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Responsible for planning and hosting private events or gatherings on behalf of the manager, such as parties, dinners, or special celebrations.

Be involved in various other tasks as required by the manager, such as researching special projects, managing personal projects, and providing general support to enhance their personal and professional life.

Handle requests and queries appropriately

Running personal errands or making reservations for personal appointments constant research to develop gm's lifestyle , physical , mental & regular health follow up and sports/ yoga sessions' appointments

Maintaining a plan or schedule for the family’s (especially parents) personal and professional needs and organizing what is needed for their healthy lifestyle



Requirements:


Proven work experience as a personal assistant

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Understanding of family dynamics and willingness to support family members as needed

Familiarity with wellness practices and ability to incorporate them into daily routines

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal matters

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

Knowledge of lifestyle management tools and resources

Experience in event planning and coordination

Proficiency in time management and task prioritization
