Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Trainer at CX Global Services. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales trainings, developing and delivering presentations, training & development, improving communication skills, and enhancing customer service strategies on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Presentation Skills and Sales Trainings proficiency
  • Experience in Training & Development and Communication
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in BPO or customer service industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
