Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our QSR team. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food items (e.g., burgers, fries, sandwiches) following company standards and recipes.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and sanitary. This includes wiping down tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Stocking Supplies: Refill condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food items meet quality and presentation standards before serving to customers.
  • Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upselling: Suggest additional items (such as drinks or desserts) to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Customer Focused: Must enjoy interacting with people and providing great service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Capable of multitasking and handling busy shifts efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Food Safety Certification (preferred but not mandatory): Knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
