As a key account manager, you will responsible for achieving Channel KBIs including Volume, NSR/UC, Profitability, SSD mix, SS mix, LSR/MS vs competition, Brand performance, Incidence rate, Organic growth, Penetration, & Non-buying ratio.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance Internal Processes & Partners management (developing and enhancing WoW)
  • Ensure channel organization sustainability
  • Enhance team capabilities in managing key stakeholders
  • Ensure OTJ development for the team
  • Facilitate & ensure good career progression opportunities for the team based on competencies
  • Conduct regular coaching & feedback sessions to identify and communicate points of strength & improvement
  • Monthly Channel Assessment
  • Top Customers Regular Reviews & Routines


ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree of relevant expertise.
  • Good command of English & Arabic (E-Writing, Speaking, Listening)
  • Experience 5 to 7 years preferably in Commercial field.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
