Job Description

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Fleet Management

Supervise the company’s vehicles fleet. Including range of functions, such as vehicle financing, maintenance, drivers' management in connection with distribution and supply chain plans.

  • Routing Efficiency

Determine the optimal transportation plan to ensure the highest customer service levels and the lowest operational costs, using routing tools and/or software effectively.

  • Truck Inventory Space Management

Optimal design, utilization and scheduling of trucks (or other transportation means) to satisfy the supply chain and distribution plans with highest customer service levels and the lowest operational costs.

  • Picking Route

Determine the optimal transportation plan to ensure the highest customer service levels and the lowest operational costs, using routing tools and/or software effectively.

  • Space Management

Optimal design and utilization of available space for materials and finished goods, at all operational sites or at the customer site, to ensure best utilization and availability with optimal cost.

  • Material Handling

Utilize the appropriate materials handling tools, techniques, and technologies. Ensuring best utilization of handling equipment and technologies, preventing damages to materials and products.

  • Shipping Cost Analysis

Dedicated to cost reduction initiatives.

  • Order Fulfillment:

Tracking daily orders fulfilled per customer per line in order to enhance the level of services

  • Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
  • BS in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management or equivalent experience.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical skills and strategic thinking and planning.
  • Very Good English skills.
  • Good computer skills
