Recruitment Advisor, 12 month temporary contract

In line with Emirates Group’s ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drive, we are seeking a Recruitment Advisor, to join our Corporate Services & Executive Recruitment team on an initial 12-month temporary contract, this could be extended depending on business needs and performance. This role is based full-time at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai.


As our Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for providing a full cycle recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values.


In This Role, You Will:


  • Understand the assigned departments' manpower recruitment needs
  • Agree with the hiring manager on the most appropriate recruitment approach using various channels to attract candidates and write quality digital adverts to attract candidates across global markets
  • Utilise available databases and technology, i.e., ATS, LinkedIn and other databases, to shortlist potential candidates
  • Recommend appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies to support the identification of talent against each position's technical and behavioural competencies and cultural fit requirements.
  • Build professional and open relationships with Hiring Managers and departments, providing a professional service and balancing process integrity issues versus the need to react to departmental pressures
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external candidates to maintain a professional image and a quality candidate experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on best practice recruitment and selection techniques with specific attention to Diversity & Inclusion
  • Carry out all administrative duties in the recruitment process, such as distributing interview packs, organising timetables, arranging interviews etc.



To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience as a Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team
  • Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)
  • Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
  • Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS Systems



How You'll Work:


  • We work with Oracle Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and Microsoft Office
  • We’re full time in office, and do not offer hybrid, work-from-home or remote options
  • You will be paid an hourly rate, working 42 hours per week, Monday - Friday
