Nationality : Any Nationality (preferably Arabic speaker)
Job Description
1- Calling defaulters,
2- Issuing remedy/legal notices,
3- Ensuring accuracy of Arabic translation of customer contact details
4- Couriering these notices,
5- Obtaining delivery of shipment receipts,
6- Sending these courier shipments to settlement and termination team.
7- Updating customer log in the system
Gender : Male / Female
Nationality : Any Nationality (preferably Arabic speaker)
Language Preferred : English and Arabic
Experience
- Good with customer interaction
- Have worked in a financial institution.
- Knows how to read contracts
