Hotels Loading Executive

Job Summary:

To maintain and update content in the core database of the company. This will include the loading of contracted rates and availability in addition to day to day maintenance of supplier information. The successful candidate in this role must ensure efficient and accurate processing of information from our contracting department and communicate directly with the contractor, contracts coordinator and our suppliers where necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Upload suppliers’ information and details into our databases.
• Upload and maintain contractual agreements to out system according to the connectivity type.
• Upload and maintain rates and inventory updates of the hotels as assigned.
• Maintain loading and quality of actions targets.
• Adhere to shifts rotation and coverage.
  
  

Eduction and training:

• Bachelor’s degree, in tourism studies or equivalent major.
• Very good in Arabic and English language is a must

Work related experience:

• 0 – 3 Years Contracting and yielding experience TA/OTA/DMC/WH
• B2B/B2C contracting experience in the designated destination
