ROLE SUMMARY

The role of the Customer Service Officer is to deliver an excellent customer experience to customers across the Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment business

ROLE PROFILE

  • Handles all customer interactions with friendliness and professionalism, accommodating special requests and exceeding expectations.
  • Takes ownership of guest request and not refer guest elsewhere in accordance with our “Personal Assist Service” approach.
  • Manages customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner and follows the correct escalation process.
  • Ensures that the place of work and surrounding area is always kept clean and organized.
  • Assists customers through strong product knowledge.
  • Deals with customer complaints or concerns and follows the correct escalation process.
  • Engages with customers in polite and professional manner following Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment programs and initiatives and any promotions and/or offers.
  • Ensures all guests receive the correct change and avoids cash under & over at all times.



REQUIREMENTS


  • 0-3+ years of experience in any Food and Beverage /Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality industry preferred.
  • Basic English language verbal and written.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Team oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
