We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Bevatel’s technology strategy and development. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company and driving the organization toward sustainable innovation and growth. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to define Bevatel’s technology vision and ensure its alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Bevatel’s technology strategy.
  • Oversee software development, product engineering,
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and Product Team.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of Bevatel’s technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure technology solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Bevatel’s competitive advantage.
  • Drive innovation in product development to meet the evolving needs of Bevatel’s customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Report to the CEO and other members of the executive team on technological developments and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in telecommunications, cloud services, SaaS platforms, or related technologies.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, and network security.
  • Hands-on experience with system architecture, software development, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Experience with budgeting and managing resources effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
