Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional with excellent analytical capabilities to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will drive requirements gathering, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful product delivery by aligning business strategies with IT solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing complex projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business and system requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for new and existing systems.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, UAT plans, and test scripts.
  • Guide the design and implementation of system workflows, ensuring optimal delivery of business solutions.
  • Utilize prototyping tools to develop intuitive graphical user interfaces and applications.
  • Facilitate communication between business and development teams to resolve ambiguities and drive projects forward.
  • Stay updated on business strategies, providing regular insights and updates through various communication tools.
  • Partner with QA teams to validate requirements and assist with testing processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT for system enhancements and implementations.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, particularly during the Business Analysis phase.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in banking products and services (Retail, Corporate, Digital, Treasury, etc.).
  • Experience working with core banking applications like T24, payment systems, digital banking channels (Internet/Mobile Banking, ATMs), integration systems, and reporting modules.
  • Proven experience in Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
