Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of driving a positive organizational culture and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Implement employee engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and reduce turnover.
  • Support managers in handling performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects company values and culture.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, employee evaluations, and development plans.
  • Work with managers to address performance challenges, provide coaching, and develop improvement plans.
  • Ensure timely and constructive feedback is provided to employees at all levels.
  • Support career development initiatives and employee growth through training, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on salary structures, compensation analysis, and benefits offerings.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking to ensure pay equity and address any discrepancies.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring they align with legal requirements and organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour laws, EEO regulations, and workplace safety.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate legal risks.
  • Oversee the completion and maintenance of employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and company policies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assess training and development needs and design programs to address skill gaps and improve employee performance.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Reporting & HR Metrics:
  • Develop and present HR metrics and reports to senior management, providing insights on turnover, employee satisfaction, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Track and analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data to support decision-making, resource allocation, and process improvements.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
  • Lead initiatives related to workforce planning, employee retention, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software tools.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while balancing the needs of employees and the organization.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications:
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
  • HITS System experience is a plus.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Experience managing HR teams and mentoring junior HR staff.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and compensation strategies.
  • Experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Working Hours

Daily shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

( Change of shifts can be applied in accordance to work need after approval from HR Manager and top management )
