Job Description

What will you do?

  • Tracking and recording the expenses accurately using appropriate software or tools.
  • Analyzing cost data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular cost reports for managers and senior management, providing insights into expenditure and budget performance.
  • Ensure that purchasers obtain up to date and accurate prices by comparing ‎prices against suppliers’ quotations.
  • Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage cost (Actual vs. Standard) and communicating / discussing with ‎relevant parties.
  • Present a monthly report for the actual food cost to the Operations managers and executive chef, participating in stock take at the restaurants.
  • Do monthly closing procedures and reports to send to the Restaurants Managers and Restaurants chefs.
  • Do a monthly visit and audit in the food and beverages in the restaurant.
  • Post actual stock results in the system and print inventory valuation report.

What will you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cost control principles and practices is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in the Hospitality & Restaurants fields.
