We are looking for an experienced Manager Customer Development based in Cairo. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in a similar role is required, together with excellent command of English and Arabic. Candidate should be a team player, have project management skills and demonstrate agile ways of working.
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
The Manager Customer Development’s Main Goals Are To
- Manage negotiations with the Customers leveraging data to prepare negotiation strategy and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Perform Account / Customer Management incl. operational requests, meetings and coordination of x-functional integration (PMI / Customers).
- Ensure the deployment of agreed plans with the operators, airports and all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- Leverage Free functions and Commercial IBS in the deployment of customer development support activities.
