Security Operations: Actively participate in daily security operations to safeguard guests, staff, and property. Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of both the interior and exterior of the resort, addressing any situations that require investigation.

Incident Management: Handle and document accidents, noise complaints, and suspicious activities professionally and efficiently. Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, fires, and security threats, following established protocols. Guest Assistance: Assist guests, including those with disabilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience.

Documentation: Accurately document all incidents related to crime, safety, and compliance with regulations, writing comprehensive reports.

Training and Drills: Participate in training sessions related to emergency procedures and fire safety plans. Team Collaboration: Work closely with resort staff to address unusual guest or employee issues, fostering a collaborative environment. Monitoring Systems: Control access points, monitor CCTV, and maintain security equipment.

Physical, Cognitive, Social, and Environmental Requirements: Physical Demands: Must be able to perform security functions, including monitoring cameras, patrolling, and physically restraining individuals if necessary.

Life-Saving Functions: Ability to perform CPR, carry fire extinguishers, and assist injured guests or staff in wheelchairs. Miscellaneous Tasks: Ability to carry heavy items and assist with logistical needs, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Personal Attributes:

Strong sense of integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and decisive in stressful situations.
