Responsibilities
- Review Architectural Material Submittals from Contractor and provide comments.
- Review Architectural Supplier/Manufacturer/Sub-Contractor/Test Laboratory prequalification Submittals from Contractor and provide comments.
- Review the non-conformance dispositions, corrective actions, preventative actions and recommended in non-conformance reports, monitor and verify corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformity.
- Review Method Statements, ITP’s and Field Inspection procedures from Contractor and provide comments.
- Responsible for the monitoring of testing activities and to liaise with the Contractor for effective testing on the project.
- Ensure that all contractual tests were carried out as per the project specification and review the outcome of these tests. Witness the tests where necessary.
- Liaise with the Contractor and Client representatives regarding project quality matters.
- Ensure compliance with all the requirements of handing over documentation for the milestone achievements and end of the project.
- Attend the Quality Meetings with the Client, Contractor, Subcontractors/ Suppliers and make suggestions and feedback as necessary on a regular basis.
- Carry out QA audits for Contractors, their Sub-contractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers where necessary.
Bachelor University degree of Architecture
+10 years experience
Railway/ Metro/ Transportation projects experience is a MUST
Excellent command of English Language
