Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Hardware Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and workstations. You will also be involved in investigating and resolving software faults, installing and configuring spare parts, and replacing defective components as necessary. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strong customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers both onsite and remotely to provide solutions. You will work closely with the Interact Technology Solutions team, ensuring that customer issues are handled promptly and efficiently.

Main Job Duties

  • Diagnose PCs, Notebooks and Workstation Hardware or Software faults.
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software or applications faults
  • Installing and configuring computer spare parts
  • Ability to detect the defective computer spare parts and replace it.
  • Support Interact Technology Solutions customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff.

Job Requirements

  • PC Software and Hardware diagnoses skills is a must
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
