Job Description
Organization Unit Purpose
Part of Wholesale Banking Group
Manages portfolio of corporate customers.
Job Purpose
Managing a range of blue-chip companies, generating maximum yield from the assigned portfolio and ensuring customers’ needs and requirements are addressed / met to gain maximum wallet share of business.
Strong Focus on New To Bank, pursuing new relationship by booking new assets / accounts and also mobilization of deposits.

Risk Management
- Strong analytical skills / Preparation credit proposals including financial analysis, spreads, moody’s for new proposals, annual reviews and interim requests. Should possess strong written communication skills.
- Preparation of stock inspection reports, name/marketing clearance requests, monitoring of exception reports, etc
- Maintaining credit files with updated information through his backup
- NIL audit comments / nil exceptions
Business Development
- Strong relationship / marketing skills required for managing existing portfolio / growing wallet size and marketing / booking of new to bank accounts to increase portfolio revenues.
- Proactive approach for business development and growing wallet size / booking of new accounts / deals.
- Attending to customer’s inquiries and handling/preparing one off requests
- Monitoring and maximizing utilization of approved facilities to maximize revenue generation
- Meeting/ crossing set targets and generation of funded and non-funded income (as per assigned budgets)
- Strong marketing skills / marketing of new accounts
- Coordination and close liaise with trade finance, payments and cash operations, branches to resolve customer’s queries and processing customers’ requests in a timely manner.
Education
- Must be a graduate with finance or accounting bachelor degree and MBA in business administration/finance
- BBA/MBA/CA/CFA
Experiences
At least 10-12 years in corporate banking
