Job Description

To ensure that all administrative and communications tasks within and outside the bank related to the RBG Head are managed effectively such that he gets/disseminates accurate information and converses time for high-value tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial services as follows to the RBG Head;
  • Filing, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, follow-up on related issues.
  • Handling day-to-day administrative matters within RBG Head office.
  • Filtering of mail/calls and other matters that saves time and do not require attention by RBG Head.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with knowledge of stenography.
  • Fluency in PC packages MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Flow-chart.
  • Basic skills include communication, problem-solving, reliability, promptness.
  • Knowledge on functions of Group/Divisions and Banks product/services.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
