Role: Call Centre Agent-Walk In Interview

Location: Kings Tower-International City Phase(2) - Dubai

Timing: 11 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday Till 31 Dec

Role Overview

The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and closing sales. This role is essential for driving our sales growth and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company's products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Handle customer objections effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and other languages is plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • IND-Preferred.
