Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Elwan for ceramic and porcelain located on the 6th of October. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Account Management skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Lead Generation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of porcelain & ceramic products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
