Job Description

  • Responsible for preparation of full credit proposals for existing and new to bank customers, covering the assessment of financial performance, business risk based on operating model, industry analysis, management experience & capabilities as well as credit structure and collaterals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparation of full credit proposals for existing and new to bank customers, covering the assessment of financial performance, business risk based on operating model, industry analysis, management experience & capabilities as well as credit structure and collaterals.
  • Dealing with all aspects of clients’ renewal applications and working on credit related projects including (but not limited to): sector analysis, client portfolios and others as required.
  • Take personal responsibility for delivery of exceptional customer experience in terms of day to day operational support and credit management activities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any operational aspects of the assigned portfolio that may require amendment or exceptions to existing credit facilities.
  • Operating within the Bank’s risk and operational guidelines, ensuring consistent execution of controls for effective risk management from a legal, compliance, operational and reputational perspectives.
  • Follow-up and monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory account conduct and early rectification of various credit related issues.
  • Liaise with superiors within the business line, Risk Management and related enabler units within the bank to achieve business objectives.
  • Adhere to all the compliance & regulatory policies with regards to KYC/ AML etc as set out by the bank from time to time.
  • To achieve assigned financial and non-financial objectives by meeting all borrowing & non borrowing needs of customers within target segments.
  • Responsible for quality & soundness of assigned portfolio (KYC reviews, monitor all transactions reports for due diligence, follow anti-money laundering procedures …etc.).

Qualifications

  • Banking sales & service experience with proven relationship management qualities.
  • 1 year in relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates could be accepted on selective basis.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethics, good team player, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
