Job Summary
The Contact Agent will be a core part of AGM Egypt’s customer engagement and booking operations. The ideal candidate will be a high-caliber sales representative, skilled at managing customer inquiries, and adept at converting calls into bookings. They will handle all customer interactions via 3CX, ensure proper data entry in SAP C4C, and coordinate closely with branches to fulfill customer needs effectively. English fluency and strong interpersonal skills are essential to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Sales
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls through the 3CX system.
- Understand and fulfill customer needs, providing professional and personalized service to convert inquiries into bookings.
Booking and Reservation Management
- Accurately process reservations and other service requests, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in SAP C4C.
- Advise customers on the best options for their rental needs, including upselling additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Branch Coordination
- Coordinate with branches to ensure seamless customer experiences, especially for last-minute or urgent bookings.
Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance
- Strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience, addressing complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- Promote customer loyalty by following up on inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with services provided, and requesting feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with call handling software (preferably 3CX) and CRM systems like SAP C4C
