Here's what you'll do:

  • Become a talent magnet: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Leverage your sourcing magic to identify passive candidates with the perfect skills and experience.
  • Craft an unforgettable candidate experience: From initial contact to offer stage, you'll create a seamless and positive journey for every candidate. Be our employer brand ambassador, showcasing why Nestlé is an amazing place to work.
  • Be a strategic advisor: Guide hiring managers through effective selection processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering data-driven insights to inform their decisions.
  • Embrace technology: Be our tech whiz, optimizing our applicant tracking system and utilizing social media to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Continuously evolve: Share your passion for talent acquisition by proposing innovative ideas and driving process improvements.

AM I a GOOD FIT?

  • 3+ years of experience: Show us your sourcing prowess, honed through years of recruiting success. Hybrid experience: We value both agency and in-house expertise. Bring the best of both worlds to the table.
  • Tech-savvy sourcing: Social media recruiting, and wield your ATS like a pro.
  • Compliance compass: Navigate recruiting laws and best practices with confidence.
  • Stakeholder whisperer: Manage diverse interests and guide hiring managers to find their perfect match.
  • Coaching guru: Empower hiring managers with modern interview techniques and recruiting strategies. Technologist at heart: Collaborate with tech partners to leverage the latest recruiting tools and platforms.
