Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization by providing actionable insights through data analysis, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. A key aspect of the role will be to prepare and deliver daily performance reports to the Chairman, ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into sales performance, key metrics, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily sales reports, including KPIs, sales performance, and trends.
    • Create visualizations and dashboards for the Chairman and senior management, translating complex data into easy-to-understand insights.
    • Track key sales metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss ratios) and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by the sales leadership team or the Chairman.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
    • Identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process improvements within the sales pipeline.
    • Support the team in analyzing sales forecasts and helping adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations, including lead generation, CRM management, and sales reporting.
    • Support the development and implementation of tools, processes, and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in the creation of sales tools, templates, and training materials.
    • Maintain the integrity of sales data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure all team members are utilizing the system correctly.
  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership:
    • Work closely with the Sales Managers and Executives to provide data-driven insights into team performance and market trends.
    • Help sales leadership interpret data for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain documentation for sales processes, workflows, and reporting structures.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and sales operational efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business analytics.
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
    • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, advanced formulas) and other data analysis tools.
    • Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
