Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes tailored to our service divisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment metrics and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for hiring managers on recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and strategic networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our talent acquisition strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and employer brand through clear communication and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within service-oriented industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and experience using them to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
