Job Description:
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and support to Arcsen to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and mitigate legal risks. The position involves advising on various legal issues affecting the company's operations, negotiating contracts, managing litigation, and maintaining effective relationships with external law firms.
Responsibilities:
1. Legal Advisory:
· Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and various departments on legal issues affecting business operations.
· Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations impacting the company and advise on compliance measures.
2. Contract Negotiation and Drafting
· Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and employment agreements.
· Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Risk Management:
· Identify legal risks and propose appropriate actions to manage and mitigate these risks.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Corporate Governance and Compliance:
· Advise on corporate governance matters, including corporate structuring, governance policies, and board matters.
· Monitor compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
5. Litigation Management:
· Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, including coordinating with external counsel, preparing for litigation, and representing the company in legal proceedings as necessary.
6. Regulatory Affairs:
· Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's business and advise on regulatory compliance issues.
7. Training and Education:
· Conduct training sessions for employees on legal topics relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
8. Relationship Management:
· Maintain effective relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

· Bachelors of law degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Egyptian Bar Association.
· 4-7 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on [specific areas of law relevant to the company, e.g., corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance].

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
