As the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, and all construction activities align with the established timeline and budget.
Your expertise in project management will be crucial in coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful construction projects
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Or Architecture Engineering
● Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
● Previous experience in industrial construction field is must.
● Previous experience in turn key project is advantage.
● At least 10+ years of experience in construction management
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
