700Apps is looking for a Senior ARIS Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ARIS to analyze business processes, facilitate improvement initiatives, and optimize workflow efficiency across the organization. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and create process models that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ARIS tools to analyze and document business processes, creating models that enhance understanding and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive process designs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop process documentation and detailed requirements specifications using ARIS methodologies.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and recommend solutions for process optimization.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and support training initiatives to ensure adoption.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues as they arise. Stay updated with best practices in business analysis, ARIS methodologies, and industry trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ARIS.
- Proven experience in mapping and documenting business processes using ARIS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting workshops and leading meetings to gather requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working in Agile teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or ARIS are a plus.
