Our Client is a leading cosmetics company seeking a Senior Brand Manager to enhance their brand portfolio and drive growth across their product lines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the company as a leader in the cosmetics market.
- Manage the brand portfolio by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that promote brand visibility and engage customers through various channels, including digital, retail, and social media.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research to derive insights for product development and campaign optimization.
- Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and high ROI on marketing investments.
- Guide the development of creative promotional materials including packaging, advertisements, and in-store displays.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
