Role Overview:
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist at dopay, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the technology experience for our internal teams. You will be the first line of support for IT-related inquiries, ensuring that systems remain operational and that users have the support they need to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems and system malfunctions.
  • Assist with IT onboarding processes for new employees, including the setup of workstations and necessary software.
  • Maintain records of service requests and track their statuses until resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve existing processes and implement new technologies.
  • Ensure all IT-related inventory and assets are properly documented and managed.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software, particularly with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with basic computer networking and configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
