Job Description:

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for selling Arcsen Professional Services and Arcsen Managed Services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored technology consulting and professional services solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of technology trends, sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

1.    Client Relationship Management:

·         Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on technology solutions and services.

·         Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives; proactively identify opportunities to add value through our consulting and professional services offerings.

2.    Consultative Selling:

·         Collaborate with clients to assess their technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services to meet their business goals.

·         Develop and present proposals, quotations, and business cases that align with client requirements and objectives.

3.    Business Development:

·         Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

·         Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.

4.    Market and Industry Knowledge:

·         Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and competitors’ offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

·         Share insights and best practices with clients to help them achieve competitive advantages through technology solutions.

5.    Performance Tracking and Reporting:

·         Monitor client satisfaction and project performance metrics; gather feedback and conduct regular reviews to ensure service quality and client retention.

·         Prepare and present reports on account status, sales forecasts, and business development initiatives to senior management.

متطلبات الوظيفة

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·         1-4 years of experience in a Sales/Consulting role, preferably within technology consulting, IT services, or professional services industries.

·         Proven track record in consultative selling, account management, and relationship building with senior-level executives and decision-makers.

·         Strong understanding of technology solutions and services, including cloud computing, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.

·         Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings, sales deals, and business development activities, as required.
