Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Purpose :

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and user experience efforts across our digital products, ensuring intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. They will collaborate closely with Designers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless digital experiences. This role requires a balance of creativity, presentation, technical, and leadership skills to enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: work on end-to-end UI/UX design processes, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring consistent and user-friendly designs

Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries for consistency across products.

Innovation: Stay updated with design trends especially marketplace, gaming portals and propose creative solutions to enhance user experiences.

User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse their requirements and provide meaningful and intuitive designs ensuring a seamless user experience. 

· Develop and test prototypes, storyboards, and process flow for both new product ideas and enhancements to existing products. 

· Identify and resolve UX issues, conduct layout adjustments, and stay ahead with modern, agile design techniques. 

· Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Technical Competencies/Skills :

. Portfolio of design projects (having relevant projects on Marketplace and gaming portals designs are a plus)

. Have ready a portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects. 

. Include case studies that detail your design process, user research, problem-solving approach, and the impact of your designs. 

. Highlight any projects where you played a key role in user advocacy or user-centered design solutions. 

. In-depth knowledge of design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Zeplin, , InVision, and other prototyping tools. 

. Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus 

. Excellent command of English
