Tagaddod is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our company's growth in the renewable energy and waste management sectors. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Tagaddod's mission of empowering individuals and communities through sustainable practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and ensure customer retention.
  • Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Utilize market research and data analytics to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the development and execution of effective multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing digital, social media, PR, events, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development, operations, and sales goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy, waste management, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies that demonstrate growth and drive brand recognition.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience managing and growing a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to environmental responsibility.
