Female Nurse for Homecare Doctor On Time

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care directly to patients in their homes. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our patients while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients at home, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring overall health
• Perform thorough assessments of patient conditions to inform and adapt care plans accordingly
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored healthcare strategies for each patient
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, self-care practices, and medication management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all care delivered
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a hygienic and safe environment for patient care
• Establish effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
